Shipping Policy  

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may cancel an order before dispatch via the “My Account” section or by contacting support.
• Pre-Orders: Cancellations for pre-orders are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Delivery Refusal: If a delivery is refused at the doorstep, it will be treated as a return and processed according to our return policy.
