Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. All sale purchases are final.

Product Disclaimer

All product images displayed on the website are enhanced during post-production. Actual product colors may vary due to lighting conditions, photography, or screen resolution.

Returns

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag is removed or the plastic seal is broken.
Quality or quantity related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
A logistics fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be attempted a maximum of two times.
If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product to our return address.
Reverse pickup availability depends on service coverage in your location.

Return Process

Email your return request to info@adcien.in with clear images or a video.
The brand tag and plastic seal must be clearly visible.
Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days.
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds typically reflect in the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned with all original tags attached.
Products must be in the exact condition as received.
Gift cards and store credits are valid for lifetime.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Orders may be canceled before dispatch through the “My Account” section or by contacting support.
Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return and processed as per this policy.
